Job Description:

  1. We are looking for individuals as a technical content writer, candidate will be responsible to prepare, edit and format documents in accordance with appropriate specifications, styles, and branding.
  2. Technical content writer /editor will conduct quality check to ensure compliance with guidelines, specifications and deadlines.
  3. Should be able to gather and understand business requirement.
  4. Determine the need of end users of technical documentation.
  5. Work with technical staff to make product easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.
  6. Organize & write supporting documents for products.
  7. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  8. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
    Skill set:

    1. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the English language and Grammar, including Subject – Verb Agreement, colloquialisms used in Indian English and American English.
    2. They should also possess excellent organizational skills along with a keen eye for details & spotting errors in the written sentences.
